*Free shipping is not available for any orders that have Cases, Gallons, or Furniture such as gloves, dental bibs, drape sheets and gallons green soap and Madacide. If your order includes these items and the total amounts to over $100 you will not be eligible for the free shipping promotion and please make sure you pick a paid shipping method.
Mithra Tattoo Supplies is pleased to work in partnership with the most reliable UPS service for all USA deliveries. We usually ship items within 1~3 days after it's fulfilled and full payment has been received. You will then be notified with the tracking number via email within 24 hours of your products being shipped. If no one was available at your delivery address at the time the item is being delivered, a UPS notification will be left for you so you can rearrange the delivery. Expedited Shipping methods are available with additional cost. You will be able to see all available shipping methods at the checkout. Please note, all delivery times are estimates and Mithra Tattoo Supplies is not responsible for delays due to weather, delivery carrier factors, customer error, holiday-related delays, international customs regulations, or any other unforeseen factors.
All international shipment are through US Postal Service. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country (outside of the USA) and these charges must be paid by you (the recipient of the parcel). Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Please call us in our business hours from 10am to 7pm Monday through Friday at 1-888-651-1164 to confirm your COD amount and availability. COD is only available within the United States via UPS. Only money order or cashier's check payable to Mithra Tattoo Supplies are accepted. UPS charges an additional $14.50 surcharge for this service.

To check on the current status of your order, simply sign in through our quick link at the bottom of the website in to your account to view account details and order history. Click on the order number you want to track and the tracking number is provided for you to see the status of the shipment.
Note: We can not deliver to PO Boxes.
